AppraiseUSA has a long operating history.  It began in October 1977 as a family partnership, which was incorporated in 1978. In 1986 we began to offer appraisal services on both coasts of the United States. Mr. George V. Carver CEO of AppraiseUSA holds the MAI, CVS, MRICS, and the MsBA Graduate Degree. He is qualified on Valuation of the Components of a Business Enterprise and Fundamentals of Separating Real, Personal Property, and Intangible Business Assets.

These classes are required by the Small Business Administration to appraise SBA real property with a collateral business such as a hotel or other business. It covers goodwill, going concern value and other intangibles as components of the total value of the real and intangible property. The Registry of SBA approved appraisers can be found on the Appraisal Institute’s Find an Appraiser Section. He also completed Introduction to Valuation for Financial Reporting. This methodology will be required in valuing markups to Fair Market Value on an International Scale.
